How to Live Life without Regrets
We all have negative thoughts stored in our memory banks of the past that we wish we could have done differently, or have never ever done before. However, what bring us back to earth is that as we get older, we learn and lose more. But it didn’t mean that we have to regret what we did before and couldn’t step out of it. In fact, we could proximately live a new life without regrets by following three steps. These steps include: learning to try new things, face all the problems optimistically, and seize the moment immediately.

First, we need to be adventurous while trying new things, and be willing to take more risks. Learning new things and getting into new habits can be an amazing experience, like how to play an instrument or make a new friend. But more often, the fear of hard work makes people hesitate to open their minds. Trying something new might be tough or painful at the beginning, but it’s just temporary. Face our fears bravely and try to do the things that we think we cannot do, we'll get to know ourselves better.
Secondly, face the problems we encountered in our daily life and develop a positive attitude toward life. Although we start a beginning well, it doesn’t indicate everything will go smoothly. Sometimes, some mistakes will be taken when trying new things. However, we should realize that it’s

fine to make mistakes. As Kunst (2014) suggested, “first of all, no one is perfect; no one has it all. Second, even if we could be perfect, it wouldn’t get us where we really want to go.” In other words, what we need to do is to make sure we have learned from the mistake, forgive ourselves, and move on.
Last but not least, seize the moment immediately and stay in it. Undeniably, the result of our effort is not always the most important. We all know that we should enjoy the process, not the outcome. But in fact, people still make same mistakes while they are trying new things and
Finally, life is not perfect. But if we try to put those three steps into practice, we will enrich our life and won’t leave regrets again and again. After all, if we didn’t go through those experiences, we might not have grown into the strong and knowledgeable people we are today.

solving the problems. Thus, try not to focus on the final goal, and be thankful for everything we own. If we don’t love what we do, then figure out what we would love and take the first step toward that life. That is to say, live in now and cherish what we own in the present.
